Hey everyone! I want to talk about something really important: autism. A lot of people think they know what autism is all about, but the truth is, it’s super misunderstood. Autism isn’t just one way of being; it’s a spectrum! That means there are so many different ways people can experience it. You don’t have to look, act, or feel like the “textbook” idea of autistic to actually be autistic.

Sadly, stereotypes and misconceptions can create a lot of stigma around autism. This makes it tough for those of us who are autistic, or for our friends and family, to feel understood. We need to break down those misconceptions! Let’s educate ourselves, listen to each other, and embrace the variety in the autistic community. Every person has their own story to share, and together, we can create a more inclusive world—where everyone is valued no matter how they express themselves. Thanks for listening!
