Hey lovely's welcome back!!đź’™ (if you do just want our MOVEMBER segment it is in the 2 paragraphs near the end đź’š)

Think about trying to navigate a world where nothing feels straightforward, where every social interaction is like solving a puzzle with missing pieces. That’s how life has felt for me since I found out I’m autistic at 11. It's been a bit of a struggle, and I really want to share my journey in a way that makes people think and feel something deep.

Instead of just telling my story, I want to pull you into my world. Picture this: a girl sitting at a school lunch table, surrounded by laughter and chatter but feeling like she’s behind a glass wall, just watching everyone else have fun. In those moments, I wondered, “Why can’t I break through this barrier?”

This is not your typical story. Life has been an adventure where every challenge felt like a villain I had to take on. Social situations were like dark forests filled with things I didn’t understand; sensory overload was like a storm at sea. But through it all, I was the hero of my own story, searching for treasure—a sense of belonging and learning to accept myself.

What makes my journey unique is how I’ve changed through it all. I didn’t just learn to deal with it; I found a kind of superpower in my autism. It’s time to see it differently—not just as a diagnosis but as a way to see the world—the colors, the tiny details, and the connections that others sometimes miss.

Being homeschooled now has really helped me. I can learn at my own pace without all the extra pressure of a traditional classroom. It’s been a journey of getting to know myself better, figuring out what I’m good at, and embracing what I find challenging. Honestly, it feels amazing to learn in a way that just fits who I am!

I also want to take a moment to talk about men’s mental health awareness. Even though I’m a girl and have my battles, I think it’s super important for guys to know that it’s okay to be vulnerable. Society often makes them feel like they have to be tough and hide their feelings. That’s such a harmful idea, and we need to change it together.

I want to help create spaces where we can openly talk about mental health. It’s crucial to tell everyone, especially guys, that sharing feelings doesn’t mean you’re weak—it actually takes so much strength! We all deserve to be heard, and it’s time to break down those old stereotypes that hold us back.

Thank you for reading todays Friday blog and I hope you have a great week. See you next Friday!!✨
